La Vista Residence 2 is an 11-floor residential tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis, a freehold community in Dubai. It was built by Al Manal Development between 2008 and 2012, and it offers 120 units of studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. The project has a range of facilities such as 24-hour security, a gym, a pool, a sauna and a party hall. It is part of a group of seven buildings in Silicon Oasis by the same developer. The design consultant for the project was Eng. Adnan Saffarini.
