Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) is a suburb that combines commercial and residential components of Dubai’s real estate market. It is a quiet yet busy area that is close to Dubai Academic City. It is home to the famous Technology Park, gated villa communities and apartment blocks, and it attracts residents with diverse preferences. One of its apartment buildings is Uniestate Millennium Tower. The residential building is near the main road that allows easy access to neighbouring areas.

The project is developed by Uniestate Properties, as the name suggests. Its construction began in 2016 and 126 residential apartments were completed by the end of 2017.
