"Mohammed bin Rashid City (MBR City) is a massive mixed-use development located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It was announced in 2012 by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai. The development spans over 45 million square feet and is one of the largest and most ambitious projects in Dubai's history.
