One of the largest scale projects in Abu Dhabi to date, Saadiyat Grove is a new multipurpose complex built by the master developer Aldar Properties. The AED 8 billion (USD 2 billion) development, which will have 3,706 total residential units, including 170 branded residences, is now under construction. On Saadiyat Island, Saadiyat Grove is slated to develop into a mixed-use neighborhood in the center of the lovely Cultural District.
