Centrium Tower 4

The Centrium is a four-building apartment complex comprised of Centrium Towers 1, 2, 3, and 4. The project is located in Dubai Production City and has 550 units ranging from one to three bedrooms. Centrium Tower 4 was built by ETA Star and is located near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The tower's construction began in 2007 and was finished in 2014. This residential high-rise skyscraper has 29 storeys above ground and provides freehold flats. Dubai Production City is a 43 million square foot mixed-use complex. The International Media Production Zone was its previous name. Dubai Production City, a free zone established in 2003, contains magnificent residential, business and retail establishments.
