China Cluster - E01

China Cluster in International City contains a number of low-rise buildings with studio, one- and two-bedroom flats. It is one of Nakheel's International City's ten country-themed clusters. International City is well-known in Dubai for its inexpensive real estate. Nakheel announced this project in 2002, with various low-rise buildings separated into ten country-themed clusters: Persia, Greece, Spain, Morocco, England, Italy, Emirates, Russia, France, and China. This neighborhood has a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. It takes approximately 20 minutes to travel from China Building E-01 to Dubai Mall, 32 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 29 minutes to Burj Al Arab, and 34 minutes to The Walk JBR.
