China Cluster - E06

China Cluster in International City contains a number of low-rise buildings with studio, one- and two-bedroom flats. It is one of Nakheel's International City's ten country-themed clusters. International City is well-known in Dubai for its inexpensive real estate. Nakheel announced this project in 2002, with various low-rise buildings separated into ten country-themed clusters: Persia, Greece, Spain, Morocco, England, Italy, Emirates, Russia, France, and China. This neighborhood has a selection of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. It takes around 21 minutes to travel from China Cluster to Dubai Mall, 33 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 31 minutes to Burj Al Arab, and 36 minutes to The Walk JBR.
