D1 Tower

"D1 Tower is one of numerous high-rise residential buildings in Dubai Culture Village, which is a waterfront neighborhood. This skyscraper has an estimated height of 284 meters (932 feet) and 80 storeys. The building contains 528 units in total, comprising studio, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, 4-bedroom, and 5-bedroom apartments. On the top floors of the skyscraper, there are additional seven-bedroom penthouses. Enshaa owns D1 Tower in Jaddaf, which it bought from Emirates Sunland Group. Dubai Properties Group and Emirates Sunland Group collaborated on the building of the skyscraper. Holford Associates is the architectural company that created the framework for this structure."
