Marina Residences 1 is a mid-rise residential building. It is part of a multi-building complex, Marina Residences, Palm Jumeirah. It features 15 floors above ground with a mix of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom furnished apartments and 4-bedroom luxurious penthouses. These units reflect the highest standards of luxury and comfort and provide several amenities. Palm Jumeirah is a stunning man-made island in Dubai that is built in the shape of a palm tree. Marina Residences is a development of Nakheel that is situated at the edge of its trunk. The project was launched in 2006 and handed over in 2009. It was designed by Dar Al-Handasah, comprising six residential buildings that house a total of 940 units.
