Meena Residential Tower

Al Meena Tower is a modern residential complex in the Al Zahiyah area of Abu Dhabi, near the Corniche promenade and the island part of the city. The development, completed in 2018, was built by the Arab construction company ACC. It features two towers with glass and concrete facades in blue and white colours. The complex has 36 residential floors on top of a three-level podium, which houses retail outlets, cafes, and a lobby with a waiting area. The podium has transparent glass walls that allow natural light and street views. The complex also has five underground parking levels, six high-speed elevators, cleaning services, laundry facilities, 24-hour security services, concierge services, and video surveillance in public areas.
