Oceanscape

In the center of Al Reem Island, Shams Abu Dhabi is home to the mixed-use project known as Oceanscape. It is made up of two twin beachfront skyscrapers joined by a podium. A ground floor, three podium levels, and 29 residential floors make up the buildings' total 35 floors. The building contains a variety of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom flats, townhouses, and retail spaces. A major undertaking of DAMAC Properties, Oceanscape Tower was finished in 2009.
