"The SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences is a high-rise structure in Dubai's Business Bay, a thriving mixed-use zone recognized for its residential complexes, business projects, and entertainment facilities. The 75-story mixed-use skyscraper architecture was designed by Aedas, while the interiors were designed by Paul Bishop. The high-rise structure, a project by World of Wonders Real Estate construction (WOW RED), comprises four unique zones, making it a one-of-a-kind construction in the emirate. The general design is reminiscent of a 'honeycomb,' with distinct zones customized by turning the units by 45 degrees in four different axes to guarantee panoramic views of the district and total seclusion between units."
