The Centro

The Villa is a well-known residential development by Dubai Properties (DP) in collaboration with Mazaya. It sits near the crossroads of Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54) and Al Ain Dubai Road (E66). There are four residential neighborhoods in The Villa that are among the best places to live. The Centro, The Aldea, The Ponderosa, and The Haciendas are among them. Cordoba, Mazaya, Granada, and Valencia are the villa styles. Each is marked by distinct architectural styles. The Centro is a gated neighborhood within The Villa. It is located near Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan Street (D54) to the east of the construction. The project began in August 2005 and was completed in 2011. It provides Mediterranean-themed, custom-built homes.
