Time Place Tower

"Time Place tower is a residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina. It has 35 storeys above ground and stands at 158 metres tall. The tower offers 289 residential units of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and 3-bedroom apartments. It also has four penthouses and six villas. The apartments have full-length windows and glass railing balconies that offer stunning views of the nearby waters. Time Place was planned to have the highest sundial standing but the idea was scrapped. Dubai Marina is one of the most popular areas in Dubai for buying flats. The main attraction of this neighbourhood is a 3.5 km large canal that connects to the sea on both ends.
