"Al Tibbiya is a relatively small yet self-sufficient neighbourhood in Abu Dhabi. It is located in Al Manhal district, where you can find Al Manhal Palace on one end and Al Wahda Mall at the opposite end of Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Street.

The community is home to several hotels, restaurants and healthcare facilities. On the residential side, one can find low to mid-rise apartment buildings and a few villas. However, the area is mainly popular for the excellent range of hotel apartments it offers. Currently, not many properties are available here, but one can find some commercial units, including offices and retail spaces for rent."
