ضاحية الروضة هي منطقة سكنية وتجارية في الشارقة ، تقع على طريق خورفكان الجديد ، بالقرب من دبي والإمارات وطرق الذيد. يتكون من مشروعين: روضة القرض والسهمة ، والتي تقدم قطع أراضي للبيع بمساحات ومرافق مختلفة. تعتبر ضاحية الروضة أول مخطط متكامل على طريق خورفكان الجديد، وهي قريبة من منطقة السيوح السكنية وقصر روضة الريف.

Al Rowdat Suburb is a residential and commercial area in Sharjah, located on the new Khor Fakkan Road, near Dubai and the Emirates and Al Dhaid Roads.
