يمكن للسكان زيارة بنك أم القيوين الوطني ومسجد الشيخ زايد على بعد 5 دقائق سيرا على الأقدام. يستغرق الوصول إلى عجمان 15 دقيقة بالسيارة و 25 دقيقة بالسيارة للوصول إلى الشارقة.

"Located along the King Faisal Road, Al Maqtaa is a small residential community in the northern emirate of Umm Al Quwain. الدار البيضاء هي منطقة سكنية كبيرة في أم القيوين. تتكون المنطقة من الدار البيضاء – A و الدار البيضاء – B وتضم فلل مستقلة. تشمل شبكة الطرق المتصلة جيدا شارع الشيخ راشد بن سعيد آل مكتوم وشارع ماجد علوي وشارع الشيخ أحمد بن راشد المعلا التي تمتد على طول حدود المجمع.

Al Dar Al Baida is a large residential area in Umm Al Quwain. The area consists of Al Dar Al Baida – A and Al Dar Al Baida – B and houses standalone villas. The well-connected road network includes Sheikh Rashid Bin Saeed Al Maktoum Street, Majed Alawi Road and Sheikh Ahmed Bin Rashid Al Moalla street that run alongside the border of the community.
