Dubai Islands, formerly known as Deira Islands, is a massive man-made archipelago spanning 17 square kilometers off the northern coast of Dubai. Developed by Nakheel, the project is comprised of five distinct isles—Central, Shore, Golf, Marina, and Elite each designed with a unique theme ranging from vibrant urban hubs to ultra-luxury private retreats. The community significantly expands Dubai's coastline, offering over 20 kilometers of pristine beachfront, including the emirate's first eco-friendly Blue Flag certified beaches. Strategically positioned near the historic Deira district, it provides a seamless blend of modern waterfront living and traditional charm, all while remaining highly accessible via the landmark Infinity Bridge. The master plan envisions over 80 luxury hotels and resorts, two championshi
