One of the three residential skyscrapers in The Residences Collection, Al Habtoor City, is Noora Tower. This high-rise is situated in the heart of Business Bay and offers stunning views of Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Water Canal. It is surrounded by two other luxury towers: the 74-storey Amna Tower and the 52-storey Meera Tower. Noora Tower Al Habtoor City enjoys a prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road, close to major areas such as Downtown Dubai and Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). It is a project by Al Habtoor Group, featuring modern apartments, lofts and penthouses with access to shared facilities such as a 35,000 sq. ft. pool deck, a clubhouse, a fitness centre, a health clinic, a daycare centre and a supermarket. With an architectural height of 1,007 ft., Noora Tower, Habtoor City rises 74 storeys above the ground and has a design by Atkins. The building was completed in 2019 and houses a variety of 1-bed to 4-bed luxury apartments, lofts, and 5 to 7-bedroom ultra-luxurious penthouses.
