Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, beauty salon etc.) If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, the Dubai Marina Tram Station and Dubai Metro Station are only few minutes walking away. You can use the tram if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Palm Jumeirah. On the other hand, if you fancy going around Dubai through a train, you can go straight to Dubai Metro Station located on Al Marsa Street and buy yourself a metro card.

برج ستيلا ماريس هو ناطحة سحاب سكنية مكونة من 53 طابقا في مرسى دبي ، تم تطويرها بواسطة Scope Investment وصممها LACASA Architects and Engineering Consultants. يوفر مساكن فاخرة مع شقق وبنتهاوس وفيلات تطل على المرسى وبحر الخليج العربي. يتميز المشروع بمجموعة من وسائل الراحة مثل خدمة الكونسيرج ونادي ومنتجع صحي وصالة ألعاب رياضية وحمامات سباحة ومنطقة صالة وغرفة ألعاب وقاعة متعددة الأغراض. تمت إضاءة الواجهة لخلق تأثير "الموجة المتكسرة" وتم تعزيز المناظر من خلال القرب من جزيرة بلوواترز وعجلة عين دبي فيريس. تم الانتهاء من المشروع في أكتوبر 2022.

Stella Maris Tower is a 53-storey residential skyscraper in Dubai Marina, developed by Scope Investment and designed by LACASA Architects & Engineering Consultants. It offers luxurious lifestyle residences with apartments, penthouses and villas overlooking the marina and the Arabian Gulf Sea. The development features a range of amenities such as a concierge service, a club house, a spa, a gym, pools, a lounge area, a games room and a multi-purpose hall. The façade is lit to create a ‘breaking wave’ effect and the views are enhanced by the proximity to Bluewaters Island and Ain Dubai Ferris wheel. The project was completed in October 2022.
