The high-rise structure, a project by World of Wonders Real Estate construction (WOW RED), comprises four unique zones, making it a one-of-a-kind construction in the emirate. The general design is reminiscent of a 'honeycomb,' with distinct zones customized by turning the units by 45 degrees in four different axes to guarantee panoramic views of the district and total seclusion between units."
