A freehold office building in the area called Tamani Arts Offices is only a few meters from the creek's edge. It dominates the two million square foot Artisan Cluster, a mixed-use neighborhood. A high-rise complex with three modern, rectangular structures that meet perpendicularly on top of a substantial, three-story platform makes up the architecture. The podium of the 16-story building displays black and white decorative elements, while the facade is made of reflective glass. The Terry Farrell & Partners architecture firm, based in Britain, was responsible for coming up with this original architectural idea. It was carefully placed along Al Asayel Street, which links it to Financial Center Road.
