Majan is a region located in the Sultanate of Oman, in the northern part of the country. It is situated between the cities of Sohar and Buraimi and is known for its scenic beauty and historical significance.

Majan is believed to be the site of the ancient kingdom of Magan, which was an important center of trade and commerce in the region during the Bronze Age. The area is also home to several important historical sites, including the forts of Al Hazm and Rustaq, as well as numerous archaeological sites.
