الرمس هي مدينة ساحلية في إمارة رأس الخيمة ، وتقع في الجزء الشمالي من الإمارات العربية المتحدة. تشتهر بصناعة صيد الأسماك وجمالها الطبيعي. يبلغ عدد سكان الرمس حوالي 5000 نسمة وهي موطن للعديد من المواقع التاريخية والأثرية ، مثل قلعة الرمس وفن الرمس الصخري. الرمس هي أيضا وجهة شهيرة لممارسة الرياضات المائية ، مثل التجديف بالكاياك والغوص والإبحار.

Al Rams is a coastal town in the emirate of Ras al-Khaimah, located in the northern part of the United Arab Emirates. It is known for its fishing industry and its natural beauty. Al Rams has a population of about 5,000 people and is home to several historical and archaeological sites, such as the Al Rams Fort and the Al Rams Rock Art. Al Rams is also a popular destination for water sports, such as kayaking, diving, and sailing.

جزر السرايا هي مجموعة من أربع جزر طبيعية في الخليج العربي بالقرب من رأس الخيمة. كان من المخطط في الأصل أن يتم تطويرها إلى مشروع ضخم مع الفنادق والحديقة المائية ومراكز التسوق وأكثر من ذلك ، ولكن تم تعليق المشروع في عام 2009. منذ ذلك الحين ، أصبحت الجزر وجهة تخييم لمحبي الطبيعة والباحثين عن المغامرة. تحتوي الجزر على أكثر من 20 شاطئا رمليا مفصولة بالبصق الحجري ، وتوفر أنشطة مثل السباحة وصيد الأسماك والتجديف بالكاياك والتجديف وركوب الخيل. تتمتع الجزر أيضا بظاهرة فريدة من نوعها تتمثل في بحيرة وردية تظهر أحيانا بسبب ارتفاع مستويات الملوحة وتكاثر الطحالب.

Saraya Islands are a group of four natural islands in the Arabian Gulf near Ras Al Khaimah. They were originally planned to be developed into a mega project with hotels, water park, shopping centers, and more, but the project was suspended in 2009. Since then, the islands have become a camping destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The islands have over 20 sandy beaches separated by stone spits, and offer activities such as swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and horse riding. The islands also have a unique phenomenon of a pink lake that appears occasionally due to high salinity levels and algae blooms.

جلفار هي واحدة من أقدم المدن في رأس الخيمة التي يعود تاريخها إلى القرن 14. يعد أحد المواقع الأثرية التي تم التحقيق فيها بالكامل في الخليج ، وهو يمثل نقطة تحول تاريخية مهمة في المنطقة. تضم المنطقة بعض المدارس المرموقة مثل أكاديمية رأس الخيمة ومدرسة ويلسبرينج وحرم كليات التقنية العليا. تشمل العقارات في المنطقة شققا سكنية. أقدم مجتمع هو موطن للعديد من القرى والتطورات السكنية المسورة. المنطقة قريبة من مطار رأس الخيمة الدولي وهي خصبة جدا للأغراض الزراعية.

Julfar is one of the oldest towns in Ras Al Khaimah dating back to the 14th century. Counted as one of the fully investigated archaeological sites in the Gulf, it marks a significant historical turning point in the region. The community is home to some of the reputable schools such as Ras Al Khaimah Academy, Wellspring School and Higher Colleges of Technology campus. Properties in the district include apartments.The oldest community is home to several villages and gated residential developments. The area is close to Ras Al Khaimah International Airport and is quite fertile for agricultural purposes.

المطاف هي ضاحية ساحلية في رأس الخيمة تقع في الطرف الشمالي الغربي من الإمارة. ترتبط المنطقة السكنية بوسط المدينة من خلال شارع المطاف الذي يمتد على طول الحي. إن توفر المرافق العامة مثل المدارس ومحلات البقالة والعيادات يجعلها مجتمعا سكنيا مثاليا للعائلات. تتكون عقارات المطاف في الغالب من الفلل. تتكون هذه الفلل عادة من طابق واحد فوق سطح الأرض. وتحتوي على منطقة معيشة واسعة ومطبخ مجهز وغرفة خادمة وغرفة تواليت. تحتوي كل غرفة نوم على حمام ملحق وخزانة ملابس مدمجة. تشمل الميزات الأخرى غرفة خادمة ومنطقة لوقوف السيارات وغسيل الملابس وغرفة تخزين وحديقة خاصة.

Al Mataf is a coastal suburb of Ras Al Khaimah located on the north-western end of the emirate. The residential area is connected to the central city through Al Mataf Road which is running alongside the neighbourhood. The availability of communal facilities such as schools, grocery stores and clinics makes it an ideal residential community for families.Properties in Al Mataf consist mostly of villas. These villas usually consist of one storey above the ground. They come with a spacious living area, equipped kitchen, maid’s room and powder room. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom and a built-in wardrobe. Other features include a maid’s room, parking area, laundry, storage room and private garden.
