Saraya Islands are a group of four natural islands in the Arabian Gulf near Ras Al Khaimah. They were originally planned to be developed into a mega project with hotels, water park, shopping centers, and more, but the project was suspended in 2009. Since then, the islands have become a camping destination for nature lovers and adventure seekers. The islands have over 20 sandy beaches separated by stone spits, and offer activities such as swimming, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and horse riding. The islands also have a unique phenomenon of a pink lake that appears occasionally due to high salinity levels and algae blooms.

Al Mataf is a coastal suburb of Ras Al Khaimah located on the north-western end of the emirate. The residential area is connected to the central city through Al Mataf Road which is running alongside the neighbourhood. The availability of communal facilities such as schools, grocery stores and clinics makes it an ideal residential community for families.Properties in Al Mataf consist mostly of villas. These villas usually consist of one storey above the ground. They come with a spacious living area, equipped kitchen, maid’s room and powder room. Julfar is one of the oldest towns in Ras Al Khaimah dating back to the 14th century.
